We’re working toward WCAG 2.2 AA, a set of web accessibility guidelines. That includes making the site easier to understand, as well as easier to see, hear, and operate.
What we’re building for
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and forms.
- Clear headings and semantic HTML for screen readers.
- Strong contrast and visible focus indicators.
- Large touch targets and mobile-friendly layouts.
- No important information conveyed by color alone.
- Reduced-motion support.
- Plain language and explanations for unfamiliar terms.
- Anti-bot tools designed to avoid visual puzzle CAPTCHAs.
